It’s that time of year when everyone is talking about one thing. March Madness. If you are a fan, you are taking your team all the way on your bracket, but even people who’s teams aren’t in the tournament get excited.  This year, New Orleans will be hosting the final four. Right now bracketologists are still deciding who’s in and who’s out, and teams are trying their hardest to get that number 1 seed.
On Saturday night, Duke and UNC played to decide who would be the number one seed in the ACC tournament, and who won the ACC regular season. In an 88-70 victory, the Tar Heels won and claimed the title. They also redeemed themselves and got payback from the February 6 game, where Austin Rivers, of Duke,  hit a three pointer at the buzzer to win the game.
Kendall Marshall led the Heels with 20 points and 10 assists. He also inspired his team at the beginning of the game after a video clip of River’s shot played on the big screen. He said that they were being disrespected.  After telling this to his team, they played angry. This is what helped them win the game.
Tyler Zeller had 19 points, and almost sealed the deal at becoming the ACC player-of-the-year. Harrison Barnes, John Henson, and Reggie Bullock all helped the Tar Heels get the win.
Mike Krzyzewski had very complimentary things to say about how UNC played. "We were overwhelmed in the first half," Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski said. "They just played beautiful basketball. They were so efficient. They are a great team- they are not a good team, they are a great team."
This is the third time in recent years that Carolina has spoiled Duke’s senior night. Although Miles Plumlee was the only senior for Duke, they made it a night he will want to forget.
For some reason, no matter how both teams are doing in a season, this rivalry is always some of the best basketball of the year.

Here some highlights from the game:
